Information & Rules
Do I need experience? Is an RV hard to drive? How does everything work?
Many people have concerns about driving and operating an RV, so our process is specifically designed to ensure that each renter is completely comfortable with the unit that they have selected. Our staff will guide you through a motor home orientation that includes a short driving lesson, an overview of safety guidelines, and instructions on how to properly use all of the appliances.
What if I have questions during my trip? What about trouble on the road?
We encourage you to ask as much as you can during the orientation process, but there are certainly going to be questions that arise while on your trip. Coach-Net provides technical support around the clock for all operational issues or questions. Coach-Net also provides roadside assistance or campsite assistance when necessary.
What can I expect from your RV's? Are they in good shape? Clean?
We strive to provide the best rental experience possible, which is one of the main reasons that we purchase all of our rental units brand new. Our motor homes are loaded with features and amenities designed to make your trip more enjoyable. Each unit not only goes through a complete sanitizing process when it is returned, but also goes through a thorough inspection to ensure that everything is still in great condition.
What kind of fees do you charge? Any hidden costs? Insurance?
We believe that clear and upfront pricing should be absolutely mandatory in our industry! Insurance is mandatory on each reservation and the cost is calculated and displayed based on length of trip, number of drivers, and type of unit rented. All of our charges (such as those incurred by adding upgrades to your trip) are very clearly laid out during the reservation process. If at any point you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask! We allow 100 miles per day of each rental with no mileage charge, and then each additional mile is $0.35. We allow 3 hours of generator usage per day, and then each additional hour is $5.
What kind of return process is there? Do I need to clean the RV?
The motor home needs to be returned in the same condition that it was in when it left. We will ensure that the propane tanks and fuel tanks are filled to the proper level, and that the waste tanks have been properly emptied. Our location is very close to several gas stations as well as a truck stop that includes an RV dump station and RV wash. A thorough inspection will be completed upon return in the presence of the renter, and any damages will be noted and handled accordingly. The exterior of the RV does not have to be washed if weather doesn't allow it.
